2025 Term 2 Course Structure

HSC Maths and Physics Tutoring in North Sydney, Sophus’ courses are designed to consolidate and extend on topics learnt at school, it is not replacing school learning but complementing it.  This approach is particularly helpful for students who need to get more practice in certain topics or would like to extend themselves. Classes are having a maximum size of 4 to 8 students depending on the course and very affordable at $400 per course. Lessons are conducted weekly, each lasting 1.5 hours, over a span of 8 weeks. 

Resources

To support our students’ learning journey, we provide comprehensive materials and exercise booklets for each course. These resources are tailored to cover specific topics each term, ensuring that students are well-prepared and can effectively reinforce their understanding of the material.

Quizzes and Support

Students are given weekly tests to help them prepare, with each test tailored to their individual needs. These tests are marked by our teachers, who provide detailed feedback to ensure students are making consistent progress every week.

Cost

Each course is run weekly for 8 weeks and cost $500. If you register before 1 May you get 25% discount, i.e you will only need to pay $400 for the whole course. That is less than $33 per hour.
